Receptionist: What is the treatment that you want to do?
Nadia: I'd like to remove my braces
Receptionist: Sure, what is your preferred time and date?
Nadia: Can I visit this Thursday, 6 PM?
Receptionist: I'm sorry but Dr. Jeremy is not available on that time. Can you come on 5 PM instead?
Nadia: Yes I can. Thank you.
Receptionist: Thank you, we'll be seeing you soon.
