Apa inti isi ultimatum yang dikeluarkan oleh sekutu pada tanggal 9 november 1945 terhadap rakyat surabaya

On October 28th 1945, Indonesians of Surabaya treachrously and without provocation, suddenly attacked the British Forces who had come for the purpose of disarming and concretating the Japanese forces, of bringin' allied prisoners of war and internees, and maintainging law and order. In fighting which ensured, British personnel were killed, or wounded, some are missing, internned women and children were massacred, and Brigadler Mallaby was foully murdered when trying to implement the truce which had been broken inspite of Indonesians undertakings. 

The above crimes against civillization cannot go unpunished, unless, therefore, the following orders are obeyed without fail by 06.00 on November 10. at the latest, i shall enforce them with all the sea, land, and air forces at my disposal, and those Indonesians who have failed to obey my orders will be solely responsible for the bloodshed which must inevitably ensure.
